A CurbyMcLintock Partner was engaged on an ongoing basis by a State Government Department within the emergency services sector to conduct independent investigations into a range of workplace misconduct matters. These included allegations of bullying, harassment, and other breaches of organisational behavioural standards.
Each investigation was carried out in line with the Department’s internal policies, industrial obligations, and procedural fairness requirements. The work involved reviewing relevant documentation, interviewing complainants and respondents, and preparing detailed findings and evidence-based reports.
The investigation outcomes were provided to senior leaders to inform disciplinary processes and ensure that decisions were supported by clear, defensible evidence.
