Kayleene is a project management expert and Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of corporate experience, specialising in accounting and finance, forensics, risk management, corporate governance, project management, regulatory compliance and strategic advisory. She has held senior roles within leading consulting firms and financial services institutions in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Lead Project Manager of multi-disciplinary team of experts including Queen’s Counsel, lawyers, accountants, actuaries, data analytics and forensic technology specialists – engaged to conduct an investigative review of the lead applicant and sample group members in a class action claim valued at approximately $500 million.

Managed Project Management Office (PMO) to perform due diligence review for an $8 billion financial services acquisition, followed by the implementation of a change-management program to integrate and align two distinct organisational cultures across the newly formed entity.

Provided strategic leadership of the Corporate & Banking project stream overseeing an independent investigative review for a major financial services institution in direct response to the Royal Commission Inquiry into Banking Misconduct.

Conducted detailed interviews and comprehensive investigative reviews into suspected fraudulent conduct and bullying behaviours involving various employees across major State Government agencies.

Developed and led the process- improvement review to address deficiencies in risk-management reporting following the Global Financial Crisis (GFC), undertaken for a major US/European banking institution in London.

Performed a review of anti-money laundering practices in the Channel Islands (UK), focusing on compliance risks associated with offshore jurisdictions.
